1. Medical Officer
Salary Range: Rs. 55,350 – 70,330 (Monthly) [U-MO 1 (II)]
Qualifications Required
- A medical degree from a recognized university.
- A minimum of three (03) years of experience as a medical professional.
- Registration as a medical professional with the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
Additional Information
- Accommodation facilities may be provided to the selected candidate.
- Annual leave will be approved following confirmation of appointment as per university regulations.
- Medical professionals currently serving in government institutions must obtain release from service via the Ministry of Health.
- A research allowance of 35% of the basic salary will be provided based on approved procedures.
- Age Limit:

- Mandatory retirement age for university employees is 60 years.
- The selected candidate will undergo a probationary period of either three years or one year (for confirmed employees in the university system).
2. Farm Manager – Grade III
Salary Range: Rs. 50,625 – 71,355 (Monthly) [U-EX I (II)]
Qualifications Required
- A four-year degree in agriculture from a recognized university.
- Field experience in crop management, livestock management, and/or veterinary sciences from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of two (02) years of experience in the relevant field.
